Our spirit, too, needs the silence, the darkness, the seclusion of the sacred winter nights, so that new ideas and visions can mature and guide us."  (Translated quote from a German Instagram account).

This is exactly how I feel at the moment. This year has been so rich with all kinds of events, starting with physical pain and the (mostly beneficial) ripple effects it brought to my life and ending with deep gratitude for everything I was allowed to experience. Besides getting in touch, heart to heart, with so many of you, I was blessed with beautiful and totally unexpected new connections, my first real long holiday after years and, finally, with fulfilling the dream of writing my book which will be published before Christmas.

When I look back it feels like a confirmation of what I always say after a constellation: “Don’t expect anything but be open for everything. This is how miracles can happen.”

Coming back to the quote above, I am thinking of our inner silence and safe darkness, that sacred space where transformation happens when we allow it. That space where our soul speaks to us and tells us what it needs, where the sparks of new ideas are ignited, where new projects are born.

In the depth of this inner space of mine, a lot has been going on – in silence, but very clear. Following this clarity there will be some changes in 2025, the biggest, most probably, regarding my offerings of 1to1 sessions.

Healing happens in connection and especially when we come together sharing similar issues and intentions. Private sessions are important, of course. And yet, if we want to heal as humans, we can do this best together, in a group, connecting, and understanding that we are all beings, sharing the same dream - to be accepted as we are, to reconcile with the past and with ourselves, to live a life that allows us to share our gifts with the world and to live together in peace.

My motto for 2024 was “shine your light” and I was allowed to witness this shining light in many of you and it fills my heart with gratitude.

I would like to dedicate 2025 to the title of my book and to what is closest to my heart. To the “spirit of love and reconciliation”. And here is where you all come in, guiding me to offer what is most important and useful for you. In my preview below I have already shared some topics that are little talked about but are so important and need so much healing. If you follow THIS LINK you can find different topics. Maybe there is the one or other that you would be interested joining in a group session, that you feel are important in your life and/or are longing for healing (of course without any obligations on your part). Let’s co-create the coming year, let’s healing happen in community.

Thank you for being part of my life journey and allowing me to be part of yours. May the month of December allow moments of silence and sacred darkness that bring clarity and trust in a world that we can build together.

The baby is born and awaiting the finishing touch

Before publishing my book, I wanted to be sure how it would look like in printed form and asked for sending the proof copies to my home in Bulgaria. This turned out to be more complicated than expected, as they are handled differently from other book deliveries. Finally, I managed, but they did not yet arrive for the final launch.

Another one of these life lessons where you just acknowledge what you cannot change.

I know, many of you are waiting, so please bear with me another couple of days. It will be available as paperback, hardcover and eBook in English. Next year hopefully also as audio book and in German. Thank you so much for your encouragement and your patience.

Writing my book, I realized that there are some topics which are rarely talked about and yet need so much healing, especially for women. In the course of the coming year, I am planning to offer the following group sessions:

“I give you a place in my heart” – For miscarriages

“I take you as my child” – For abortions

“You belong” – For IVF children that “did not make it” and embryos that are still frozen

These groups will be exclusively for women who went through the respective experiences, so that healing can happen in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space.

It would be great to get some feedback, so I know if it makes sense to go ahead with planning. After some reflections I have decided to soon close my FB group “Allow change to happen” and to create my new FB page “Center for Transgenerational Healing, Love and Reconciliation”, where I plan to be more active and present.

Today, on the new page, I start with the 2024 edition of my Advent calendar, sharing each day until the 24^th of December a video with a short quote of my book. Be surprised.

As explained above, in 2025, I would like to be available and reachable for a wider audience and create spaces for common healing. I am aware that this is at the expense of the individual sessions, but my strength is limited. I hope you can understand.
