Dear ,
This newsletter reaches you from the US, where I have been on holiday for ten days now. The many different impressions made me lose my sense of time and every now and then I ask myself what day we have. What a contrast to my “normal” life where it is a lot about timing, deadlines, and planning.
After some beautiful days in New York with dear friends and an unforgettable long weekend with our beloved daughter, in Philadelphia and Nashville, I am now in Keene, NH, to visit a special friend and her family for a couple of days.
Arriving here, it felt like I had been catapulted into another time and it still feels like this while I am writing this newsletter. My friend Lauren Hubele, together with her husband, their son and his partner, moved here two years ago.
In 2021 she had told me about her vision to create a “gemmo forest”, a place where she would grow her own healing plants for the remedies she is working with. It took them a while to find the place – exactly the place where I am at this very moment.
Over the course of the last 24 months, Lauren and her family have created what I feel is one of the most beautiful healing energy places I have visited so far. It seems like this place has waited for them to be found, honored, and serve its purpose.
No flowers are blooming at the moment, but you can literally imagine how it will look like in spring and summer. Still, it feels like I came at a very special time of the year, witnessing the spectacle of the trees showing their most beautiful colors, a mix of green, red, orange, and brown, before the arrival of winter. And of course, a time, when we are closer than ever to the “other world”.
While I was walking the land, on the small paths between beds and plantations, this is what it taught me about life.

If you want something to grow and to last, you must take care of it, allow time, and be patient. It is the same with life and relationships.
Everything grows and blooms at their own time and pace. Some earlier, some later. Don’t be impressed with other's blossoming, your time will come.
The flower bulbs that we plant now will show their beauty only next year. Give your projects time to evolve in the darkness of your soul’s fertile ground.
There are special plants that support each other’s growth. Let’s find these special people to grow and bloom together.
Only because you don’t see something, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Allow yourself to connect with and see the invisible.
Dreams come true when you stop dreaming, roll up your sleeves and get started. No matter what it is – just take the first steps and things will unfold.
**********
I will be leaving on Saturday, but I will carry on the teachings of this special land in my heart.
May they be a guidance also for you and your life in this month of November.
In the spirit of love and reconciliation
