Dear ,

We are all different – none of us is the same, not even twins. We come from different families, different backgrounds and even different countries. Our present encounters in life differ depending on our past experiences. We use words differently, enjoy different activities and listen to different music or TV series.

And yet, deep within, we are all the same. As I already wrote in my last newsletter, we are human beings longing to be seen and accepted as we are, longing to be able to let go of the past and finally look towards a future where we allow ourselves to live a happy and good life.

The sad thing is that we usually focus more on the differences than on what unites us. And this keeps us separate from each other, everyone going their own way instead of ‘joining forces’ on the healing journey.

In our modern society we can have a lot of fun, if we want. We can go out and meet friends for a drink, go to a party or other occasions where we come together. Still, the people we can really open up to, share our true thoughts, allow tears to flow or our anger to show up, have become rare. Many of us have become lonely, trying to figure it out on our own. It does not have to be like this.

I have held space for many groups in these past years and in all of them we had the common experience that when we share, when we open our heart, when we witness others who went through similar situations – healing happens. Sometimes there is an immediate feeling of relief and liberation. Sometimes we don’t even know how it happened and sometimes we realize it only when we are back in our private space.

Let 2025 be a year of connection with people you don’t know yet, with people from all over the world. A year to make new friends and create healing relationships to support each other in a time where things are changing quicker than our mind can grasp.

I wish from my heart that this new year will be a good one for all of us, a year of growth and transformation, a year where we trust our intuition, support each other and stay true to ourselves.

I would like to thank all of you who have encouraged me during the time of writing my book, who have supported me with your kind words of anticipation.

Gratitude to all of you who have given me feedback or sent me pictures of the book when it had arrived at your place or even a picture while you were already reading it.

Writing this book was a lonely process and a very transformational one between feelings of immense gratitude and facing my own shadow.

It still feels vulnerable knowing it out there, now available on all amazon marketplaces, being exposed, no longer able to hide. And yet, there is also the hope that it will be of support to many of you, bring answers to questions and open up new ways to find back to love and connection.
