Fees and Conditions

The whole program runs over 12 months and includes        12 modules (included in the course fees) divided in

♦ 7 online days of intense practical work, focusing on the practical integration of the systemic principles, allowing the participants to get a feel for what it could mean to become a systemic facilitator and creating space for working on individual questions.

The last 2 practical online days will allow a practical exam for the participants who want to continue with the ADVANCED level or to simply explore for the ones who do not want to engage further.

♦ Twelve 2to2,5-hour online group classes, focused on theory and sharing

♦ Six 2-hour 1:1 individual sessions for personal feedback and healing work

♦ One written online test of theoretical knowledge (for all participants)

♦ Final essay (for all participants)

Further benefits will be (included in the course fees)

♦ Video presentations of the online group classes content beforehand, so that you can prepare on your own and you can benefit and make the most of the time in the classes

♦ Recordings of all online group classes and handouts of all theoretical modules

♦ If agreed by the group – videotaped constellations in the practice modules for review

♦ A WhatsApp or Telegram group for conversation, asking questions and sharing challenges supervised by the trainer

♦ Ongoing support via email if needed to a reasonable extent

We will use Zoom, a high quality, very reliable and, most important, free and easy-to-use platform. No technical knowledge is required. It allows for full interactivity, as well as “meeting room” breakouts which make small-group exercises possible. For more information, go to www.zoom.us . Please be aware that Zoom requires reliable internet access and a webcam.

So finally, what is the price of all this?

 There are 3 price categories depending on the date of your registration and the financial plan you choose.

Super Early Bird Registration through December 31st 2024: € 1.390/1.400/1.410– Deposit € 200

Early Bird Registration January 1st 2025 – March 15th 2025: € 1.490/1.500/1.520– Deposit € 200

      Regular Registration – after March 15th 2025: € 1.540/1.548/1.553– Deposit € 200

These are the possible financial plans

Super early bird: Deposit 200 € plus

  • one payment of 1.190€ or
  • 4 quarterly payments of 300 € each or
  • 11 monthly payments of 110 € each

Early bird: Deposit 200 € plus

  • one payment of 1.290 € or
  • 4 quarterly payments of 325 € each or
  • 11 monthly payments of 120 EUR €.

Regular: Deposit 200 € plus

  • one payment of 1.340 € or
  • 4 quarterly payments of 337 € each or
  • 11 monthly payments of 123 € each.
If you decide to pay monthly the respective payment has to be done before the following module.

Cancellation policy:

Refund Policy for deposit: Through February 15th, refund minus a € 50 admin fee. February 15th to March 15th, refund minus a € 100 admin fee. After March 15th the deposit is non-refundable.
Refund Policy for remaining course fee:
Cancellation less than seven days before the course start up to half way through the course will incur half the price. Which means that if you have paid the full amount you will be refunded half the price of the course.
There will be no reimbursement for cancellations after the course has started. If you have to cancel your participation due to unexpected circumstances the payment will be credited to any future course.
Missing Sessions: There will be no reimbursement for missing sessions.
Only written cancellations can be accepted and processed!
In case of a cancellation on my part, you will receive the full course fee back immediately. Further claims are excluded.
